Tess Grossman (They/Them) is an aspiring Accessibility Producer (APX Certified) who is Deaf. In 2023 they delivered a UX Summit talk (“Why A Ramp Isn’t A Ramp“) that addresses barriers disabled game developers face, and is committed to building a career that advocates and elevates an often ignored and excluded group.

Having spent much of their childhood splashing in the waters next to the Sea of Cortez in Mexico, they now love to dive into ocean-themed games such as Subnautica, Dave The Diver, and Endless Ocean.
